Sunday’s is by far one of best and toughest days of training in my opinion. Brand new students and experienced fighters all work together throughout an incredibly tough and rewarding team practice followed by a killer strength and conditioning class with coach Jared . We finished with a team building sushi 🍣 lunch with the crew. Here’s a look at some of the conditioning aspect. Our academy is about to double in size as we finish the remodeling of the basement.
