First day of school 8/22, Freshman only. School day begins at 8:45am. Friday, 8/23, all grades, all classes.

Class of 2019 your yearbooks are available at the office, if you purchased one stop by and pick it up at SHS office!!!! Thanks

Are you interested in having a garden/tool shed built for you? Save some money and help the SHS construction program this year by having a student built shed. Owner will pay for material costs & transport costs - no labor costs! Shed materials have been approximately $35-$45/square foot in recent years. Sheds can be customized to suit your needs with a few exceptions. If interested please email Mike Vieira at vieiram@sitkaschools.org or reach him at 966-1949.

Good Afternoon, SHS Families! Please check your email for information about accessing schedules. Abbreviated directions are as follows: 1- Students should type in the URL: https://sitkaschools.powerschool.com/public 2- Click the “Student Login” button 3- Select the “Sign In With Microsoft” option 4- Username is the student’s district email (typically, last name, first letter of their first name and @sitkaschools.org 5- Their password is the same password students use to log in to computers at either BMS or SHS. Counselors and administrators will be available tomorrow 8:30-11:30 and 12:30-3:30 if your student needs help. Thank you!
