RockFit - Hames Center is a cross-training program in Sitka AK, designed to increase your fitness capacity by training multiple exercise modalities.  RockFit is a cross-training program that incorporates weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning movements executed at high intensity. The exercises performed in RockFit are functional, meaning they can help individuals performed at their optimal levels inside AND outside the gym. Not only is RockFit an exercise program, it represents a community of individuals dedicated to improving fitness and health.

Hey RockFitters! There's been interest in doing a skills day soon. Melissa is game to come hang out and check form or work on anything you'd like some extra attention on (within the limits of her movement at this time). I'm thinking a Saturday morning later this month. Maybe June 24th??? Thoughts???

Congrats to everyone on some rocking PR's last week!!! Don't forget to register for May classes on Monday. New strength cycle starting up! We will be focusing on some basics: back squat, deadlift and press while incorporating some good accessory work into the conditioning. Keep working hard!

April Registration Opens tomorrow!!! Below are some reminders/policies/updates. Beginning April 1st, all current RockFitters may use the RockFit space outside of class times for their personal workouts or to make up a missed day! Keep up the hard work! This document will be posted and available at the front desk when you register for April. For those following the programming, we're on deload week with Max week wrapping up at the end of April. So great to already see folks hitting PR's!
