Description
Monday through Friday 7am-6pm Simpsonville First Baptist Church was founded in November of 1888. Almost a century later, members of the church brought up the idea of a weekday program for the children of the church. In September of 1982, the Child Development Center found its humble beginnings, caring for fourteen children aged 3 to 4. Today, SFBCDC is licensed to care for 331 children from ages 8 weeks to 5th grade afterschool. We offer a wide variety of services for our families including full-time care, preschool, afterschool pickup and care as well as summer camp. Full-day care services are available for ages 8 weeks to private K-5. We also offer preschool from 8:30-12:00pm for ages 3 and 4. Our afterschool program services 4 local elementary schools: Simpsonville at Morton Place, Plain, Bell's Crossing, and Bryson.

So thankful for the FBS School Initiative. We had several church staff volunteers stop by today to cover CEC Teachers so that they could eat a lunch provided by the FBS School Initiative. Thank you to all of those that helped show our teachers how much they are appreciated!

Special Thanks to all the Parents, Teachers, Students, Church Staff an, Volunteers that helped to make our 2017 Art Show such a success. We had 395 students and parents in attendance, So thankful for our CEC family.
First Baptist Simpsonville Members, The CEC has limited availability in our K2 and K3 programs for the 2017-2018 school year. Church Member registration is open now through Friday, February 17th. If you are interested in enrolling your child please stop by the CEC or give us a call at 864-228-0972.

Despite the Greenville County School Delay, FBSCEC will be operating on our normal schedule tomorrow. We hope to see all of our full day program and preschool program students tomorrow morning!

FBSCEC will be open and run on our normal schedule for our full day students. The Preschool Only (8:30-12:00pm) portion of our program will be closed. We look forward to seeing most of you tomorrow.
