Description
200 acre farm in beautiful Simpsonville, KY offering a wedding/event rental facility in the Backer Barn and raising beef cattle & offering peace & wonder! We have been renovating our 200 year old tobacco barn to offer as a place for a limited number of weddings per year, corporate outings, church functions and day retreats, barn movie gatherings, family reunions, and school events and fundraisers dinners.
Our barn has ample space inside to comfortably accommodate 250 people seated around tables (we provide tables and chairs for 100 in our rental price), a small loft for overflow or for use as a lounge, a serving area between the full kitchen (double oven, stove, large two door cooler, deep freeze, ice machine, 3 bay sink, large food warmer on wheels, several stainless prep tables, and lots of kitchen resources) and bathrooms. We have a womens toilet area with 3 toilets, a mens area with 2 urinals and a toilet and a co-ed sink outside the toilet areas. We also have a separate family/handicapped bathroom with toilet and sink.
The Backer Barn has a concrete floor, plenty of lighting on dimmers and ample electrical plugs. Our 2 acre pond with fire pit is behind the barn for your enjoyment as well and we have several locations that can accommodate a tent of any size.
Our price packages vary based on what you are using the facility for so please contact us for information. We love working with people to make their event worthwhile and special and are priced competitively based on what we provide for our guests.
