Stone Forks would like to congratulate our May Employee of the Month, Chef Jim Ballard! Jim was chosen for his hard work, dedication and amazing culinary skills! In May, Jim attended several off site events, including the Taste of Shreveport Bossier for the Miss USA pageant staff and contestants, Centenary College of Louisiana’s annual BEAST FEAST (where we won 2nd for Jim’s Shrimp and Grits AND Blueberry Bread Pudding!), and did many other amazing things. We had an AMAZING DAY competing in Centenary College of Louisiana's Annual Beast Feast! We won 2nd place with our Shrimp and Grits, and Blueberry Bread pudding with Amaretto Cream Sauce! Our Chef team was incredible, and the other competitors were amazing and had so many unique items! Thanks to Executive Chef, Jim Ballard, for his amazing recipes!

Stoneforks was PROUD to be chosen to represent our great City, and State at the Taste of Shreveport Bossier, entertaining the contestants and staff of the Miss USA pageant, to be held here, for the first time ever, on May 21!! The girls LOVED our Shrimp and Grits, and our Executive Chef, Jim Ballard! Leanne and Jim worked the event together, and also entertained our Lt. Governor, Billy Nunsegger, who mentioned the Shrimp and Grits on camera, and came back for seconds! Thanks so much for having us, and we look forward to serving the community!
