You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are gray. You'll never know dear how much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away. So earlier today Sydney, Jason, and I were playing catch in the living room. Daddy wasn't "allowed" to play with a specific ball so Sydney went into the kitchen and hid it from him. Needless to say he couldn't find it... Fast forward to now, the girls are asleep, and Jason goes into the fridge to get a drink and what does he find? THE BALL! This child brings so much joy into our world. To say she lights up our life would be an understatement. I can't believe she will be starting preschool in just a few short weeks!! Miracles sometimes come in pairs. "Yes, they are twins." 2-year old twins to be exact! Happiest of birthdays to Blake & Ryan. These boys are too handsome and so much fun. I have been capturing their memories as a pair since they were 6 months old. Blake wasn't as interested in his 2-year pictures, but I was able to snap some great shots! And Ryan loved smiling for the camera. Both boys loved my curved chair, and fist pump-ing their daddy! You're gonna miss this. You're gonna wish these days hadn't gone by so fast. These are some good times. -You're gonna miss this Not only is my baby girl 9 months old, but we have also been nursing for 9 months!! This is such an accomplishment for me. Nursing does not come easy for everyone and I can be the first to say that it has been a rough road, but totally worth it. We have pushed through mastitis, thrush, and countless, sleepless nights. Sienna drinks mama's milk from a bottle during the day although she prefers her milk fresh from the source! I pump at work 4 times a day to provide for those chunky cheeks. I sometimes lack confidence when out in public breastfeeding my little babe, but I'm proud to say we have nursed at the grocery store, at the mall, on an airplane, at the park, at 2 different zoos, multiple dinner occasions, and several places in between. I am very discreet because that is just the type of person I am, but I will never forget the complete strangers that have walked by and commented "you go mama" or "way to go nursing in public." Sometimes a kind word is all it takes. I think it is important for women to feel comfortable feeding their babies wherever, whenever. Whether you nurse with a cover or without, nurse proudly! #normalizebreastfeeding

It's not what we have in life, but who we have in our life that matters. A big congratulations to the Demos Family, who is happy to announce they are expecting a new addition to their little family…a baby girl!!! I've had the pleasure of capturing memories of handsome little Alex since he was 6 months old and now I get to watch his family grow and capture more memories along the way.
