A new Japanese woodblock exhibit opens today in the Feigenbaum Center for Visual Arts. “Mokuhanga: Impressions Past and Present,” an exhibit of Japanese woodblock prints created by three generations of artists, runs until March 13.

Howard Simons '51 is featured in the upcoming movie "The Post" starring Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep. Simons, who is played by David Cross, was managing editor of The Washington Post and later curator of the Nieman Foundation at Harvard University.

A big congratulations to Tucker West on making the U.S. Olympic men's luge team! This is the second time he will go for the gold medal as he made his Olympic debut at the 2014 Sochi games. We'll be posting regular updates throughout the Olympic games to keep the Union community informed of Tucker's progress!
Workers placed the final steel beam for the new Integrated Science and Engineering Complex Friday morning. High winds had delayed the placement for several days. The $100 million project, the most ambitious and largest in the school’s history, will be completed in phases over the next two years. In keeping with tradition, members of the Union community were invited to sign the beam beforehand.
The campus community gathered Wednesday to celebrate the placement of the final steel beam for the new Integrated Science and Engineering Complex.
