464 Fishermans Path is a share house in Fire Island Pines.  We offer shares for a once-a-month visit to this gay paradise.  The house is high on a dune.  Every room has an water view.   The house is spacious and fully appointed We are offering quarter shares for next summer.  We're an established house with quarter share openings for 2012.

Our house sits high on a dune overlooking both the ocean and the bay.  The views of the sea, the bay and the sky are dramatic and the ocean breezes constant.  A gigantic common area sports walls of windows leading onto front and back decks.  A brick fireplace completes the scene. The look is open and spacious.  There's a pool for our use.  We are steps from the beach.

Bedrooms have either two twin beds or one double. If you're single, we'll find you a room mate or rent both beds - have the room to yourself or invite a guest.  

The house is fully appointed:  gas grill, music, Wi Fi, cable, beach chairs and umbrellas, towels and sheets, a full kitchen, etc.  All you need to bring are clothes and toiletries.  

House rules are simple:  don't leave a trail behind you (towels, old socks, dirty dishes), be considerate of your housemates, treat the house with care.  No pets, No drugs, No drama.  The house and property are smoke free.

Your housemates are professionals. Age range is from 20s to 60s.  There is a mix of singles and couples, but mostly singles.   We're not a party house -- sane, intelligent and as often as possible, fun.

Something is always going on in the house:  two members might decide to walk to Sunken Forest, three others might decide that's too energetic and go to the beach, one might just relax in the sun on the deck.  Low and high tea are house events.   Some people are always doing something and some just like to lay back.
