Ilham made a promise to herself in the beginning of 2018 that she will put her health first; she started eating healthy and did some research and OT seemed like the place for her. "I love the fact that you get so much support from the coaches regarding how to use the equipment properly and so much motivation." Ilham has 90 workouts under her belt already and is proud that she can jog a bit now, use a high incline and 20lb. dumbells for some exercises! Her new goals are to lose 20lbs and staying in the push pace longer. "The number one advice is keep coming back, it will get easier we are all in this together. It’s worth it!" We are so proud of your progress, Ilham. Keep it up!

Meet Member of the Week, Jill Peterson! Jill joined OTF because she liked the combination workout between cardio and weights. “Plus, I like the group atmosphere with a trainer/coach. It’s more fun!!” Jill completed the Transformation Challenge earlier this year and stays on track by signing up for classes for the entire month, which helps her stay accountable.
