On Saturday, July 22nd, the Boys & Girls Club will be hosting LUNAFEST, a traveling film festival of award-winning short films by, for and about women. The proceeds raised for this event will service both the Boys & Girls club as well as the Breast Cancer Fund. Tickets are $30.00, dinner will be served at 6:00PM and the films will be shown at 6:30PM.

The Saint Francis Dam Disaster has been a topic of both heartache and fascination, and the California Oil Museum is proud to host its next Speaker Series on this powerful moment in our local history. Please join us this July when art curator and history connoisseur John Nichols and journalist and author Peggy Kelly from the Santa Paula Times will be lecturing on this deep gash in our history that has aged to nearly a century. Looking for something fun for your little ones to do during their break? This summer the California Oil Museum and the Santa Paula Art Museum will be joining up to host a week long STEAM summer camp! Throughout the week Camp Explorers will engage with museum exhibits and participate in extraordinary science projects and art creations.
