We envision Terrapin Crossroads as community cultural and educational center. We plan to celebrate the arts – music, culinary, poetry, dance, literature, visual arts including photography, theatre, and other creative endeavors – so aside from a performance space and restaurant, Terrapin Crossroads will also host art exhibits, have an art-and-music-themed library and reading room, memorabilia displays, and a beautiful, comfortable place where friends can meet to exchange ideas over a glass of wine or a drink, a terrific meal, and of course hear some great music.

We’ll also be a place for teaching and learning: in addition to regular musical performances, we will offer curated conversations with celebrated visionaries, luminaries, characters, and eccentrics, discussing topics ranging from cosmology to history to environmental issues to building team spirit and beyond.

This will be our home away from home, and we hope it will become yours as well.

We're excited to welcome everyone to the new Terrapin Crossroads! It's been a real trip getting everything ready for the official opening, and the journey's just beginning. The concert space is extremely small and intimate, just the way we all like it. And as much as we'd prefer not to have too many rules, with such a small space we do need to request that you follow a few very basic guidelines:

No babes in arms (hey, it's going to be loud in here!)
No backpacks (we don't want to have to do any heavy searches and there is no room, so it's best to just implement this rule)
No cameras (we don't want to constantly look out to flashes, plus they tend to distract other concert-goers)
No recording (video or audio, let's all be in the moment)
No lasers (as obvious as this is, we thought we should include it in case...)
No phones (we don't want recordings of any form, so please don't pull out your phones and record audio, video or photos again it is a small venue and a sea of recording devices is distracting )
Dogs allowed in the park only & must be on leash.
We don't want to spend too much time, if any, implementing these rules, so please follow from the start. And if we do need to implement them, don't tell us we didn't warn you...

Thanks for understanding, and with this bureaucratic bit out of the way, let's get on with the task we're all here for: to enjoy some music in a great setting!
