Mary Jarvis has been practicing Bikram Yoga for over 29 years and is the Owner and Founder. Her expertise comes from using the yoga to avoid spine surgery after a serious car accident and get out of pain. She can gently guide you through the postures and help you to De-Age,De-Puff,De-Tox,De-Stress,De-Pudge.
It is an All Levels Class. It is for everyone! Feel safe. You are never forced into postures.
