Insight Float is an environment where people can relax, unwind, clear their thoughts, unlock creativity, heal their bodies, minds and spirits with floating. FLOTATION THERAPY - soothes and heals the body from the continued stresses of life's daily pressures; you can leave the noise and confusion of your day behind and perhaps, for the first time in your life, experience total relaxation, and deep healing, in your own private, rejuvenating space.
THE PRACTICE OF FLOATING – floating is much like meditation, yoga, and athletics. A practice in which you enter into a float cabin, filled with 10” of water that has 1200 lbs. of dissolved Epsom salts. The resulting solution allows you to float effortlessly and safely in pure peace and solitude. The water is heated to external body temperature of 94 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to become one with your own personal nothingness, in our soundproof, lightproof, blissful environment.
