Today was our last chapel worship of the school year with our Boys & Girls Club. The service included the K & 1st group sharing their bible verses, the skit team, Pastor Rebekah delivering a great message, a prayer time, and even a song from the Michael/Justin/Tony worship band! This is been a great expression of ministry this year and we thank everyone who has helped out.

We are excited for Choir Camp this year. If you know of a K-5th grader, we hope you will encourage them to be a part of this FREE music camp, June 5-9.

The concrete floor that part of our FBC team alongside many neighbors, including children, installed in a home last week for an older couple while in the Dominican Republic. This was one of several projects. The group will share their experience tomorrow evening at 6pm (dinner starts at 5). We hope you will plan to be a part.

We had a full house for the first worship session this morning. People of all ages are invited to worship this evening. It will begin at 6:45 and includes special music pieces from the FBC of Dalton, GA choir. Break-out sessions begin tomorrow at 9AM including one led by Pastor Tony on traditions entitled "When to Hold Them, When to Fold Them."

This evening, groups from around the state are arriving at FBC to register for this year's CBF/GA Senior Adult Retreat. And, per usual, no church does a dessert reception better than the talented bakers of First Baptist! The first worship service will begin at 10AM tomorrow, please feel welcome to participate.

Creative Arts Week! Fbcssi Preschool Summer Camp

Happy Sunday! Here are a couple glimpses from last week's wonderful Easter celebration- the Packard family joining FBC & praying over our Cuba/Dominican Republic mission team. That team left early this morning, may you lift them up as you prepare for worship today.

Senior Adult Retreat

Once again, we will host the CBF/GA Senior Retreat. Churches from around the state will gather at First Baptist for this great event. We are hopeful you will plan to attend.
