This is the official Facebook page of the Missouri Air National Guard's 139th Airlift Wing, a C-130 Hercules aircraft unit located in St. Joseph, Mo. www.139aw.ang.af.mil. This page is maintained by the 139th Public Affairs Office. The 139th Airlift Wing is located at Rosecrans Memorial Airport in St. Joseph, Missouri. It is the home of the Advanced Airlift Tactics Training Center and the 241st Air Traffic Control Squadron. The 139th AW is one of the two flying wings currently in the Missouri Air National Guard. The flying unit is the 180th Airlift Squadron which operationally flies the C-130 Hercules aircraft.

As one door closes another opens. Col. Ed Black relieved Perry V. Panos of command this past weekend of the AATTC (Advanced Airlift Tactical Training School). Col. Byron B. Newell now carries the torch through this new season. Congratulations to both for their past, present, and future endeavors!
