First United Methodist Preschool is proud to be a Mission of First Church St. Cloud. Join us for Sunday Services at 8:30 and 11:00 am. All programs are from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
All children in all programs must be completely toilet trained.
Preschool
The Preschool program is designed for children who are 3 years old by September 1st and who are completely potty trained. Preschool is offered two or three days per week.
Pre-Kindergarten
The Pre-K program is specifically designed to prepare children to enter Kindergarten the following school year. For those who will be four years old by September 1st , the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten program, (VPK) is paid for by the State of Florida. This is not based on income, but is provided for through the Early Learning Coalition. VPK registration fees are waived for four hours per day, four days per week program, (Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.). Parents are responsible for signing their child's attendance record each month and adhering to our Attendance Policy to maintain enrollment in VPK.

facebook.comDay 2 of "Land of the Dinosaurs" Summer camp has been full of exploration and excitement. The campers enjoyed being Archeologists digging for dinosaur bones. They were extremely excited to see the new piece of playground equipment,a ROLLER COASTER, and couldn't wait to take a ride! One of our dinosaurs, Brody, celebrated his birthday today with a big dinosaur cake to share with all of his friends! Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings :).
Day 1 of "Land of the Dinosaurs" Summer Camp went by very quickly. We caught these dinosaurs having a "roaring" good time before they became extinct :P!
Attention Parents! All Back to School information letters have been mailed. You should receive them today or tomorrow (if you haven't already received it). We are excited about the new school year that is quickly approaching. We hope you are enjoying your summer with your kiddos! <3
Our "Under the Big Top" summer camp wraps up today. It's been a great week learning about the circus and pretending to be a part of it. The children took a virtual field trip to the circus and enjoyed popcorn. It was a super-fabulous week of learning and exploring. We look forward to our next camp, "Land of the Dinosaurs." <3
Day 4 of our summer camp, "Under the Big Top, " concentrated on math, fine motor and gross motor skills. The children sorted circus animals and built tents out of Thistle blocks. On the playground, hula hoops were used for great circus animal tricks! They then painted Elmer banks and counted coins to put inside!
Attention Enrolled Parents! If you are enjoying the summer camp photos and would like to send your child to one, we still have a few openings in our July camps. "Land of the Dinosaurs" is July 10-14 and "Blasting Off into Summer" is July 24-28. Camps run from 9 AM to 1 PM. The cost is $100.00 for the week, M-F. Money is due the first day of camp. Day 3 of "Under the Big Top" summer camp was carnival games! No circus would be complete without them. The children also made circus animals out of playdough and painted animal suncatchers.
Day 2 of our summer camp, "Under the Big Top, found some adorable clowns in training. Today was Elephant day and the children were on the hunt to see if they could spot one! <3
Day 1 of "Under the Big Top" summer camp was a day of "clowning around!" The children had a great time making their clowns and singing songs about them! Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
