Meet Tamesha Lindsay. Tamesha “Mesha” Lindsay has been an employee at Hausbeck Pickle Company for a year and a half. She works on the production line, sorting pickles and peppers, inspecting bags and labels for correct dates and foreign objects in the bags or any product blocking the seal and also driving fork trucks. Before working for Hausbeck, Mesha also worked for Joe Hausbeck’s company, Custom Foods. She enjoys working for the Hausbeck family because everybody is like family, she feels like her co workers are her brothers and sisters because they like to joke around with one another without letting it get in the way of work. Also at Hausbeck, Mesha feels like a valuable employee because her co workers and supervisors compliment her on her hard work and make her feel appreciated. “I call myself the princess around here because I’m the princess of the plant, I can do no wrong!” Mesha said jokingly about her work, “they make you feel good when you do stuff, it’s nice to be appreciated for the work I do”. She also loves that the company is small enough so that “everybody knows everybody” and she always knows who she’s working with. Mesha gets excited about company events like the Pickle Olympics because she gets to hangout and have fun with everyone, she has been telling the new temps about it and how much fun we have here Hausbeck. Outside of work, Mesha loves participating in physical fitness like boxing and is also a third degree black belt, so don’t mess with her! She has two daughter and two sons. Both of her sons, Damere and Tyvel are in the marines and her oldest daughter Violet is a professional basketball player in France. Her youngest daughter Tasha still goes to Bridgeport High School, where Mesha also graduated in 1992, wants to become a model after she graduates. Mesha’s love for her family and dedication to her job is what makes her such an outstanding employee and the Hausbeck family is lucky to have her.

Our next employee is Rawleigh Madlock. Rawleigh Madlock is a lab technician at Hausbeck pickle. As a lab tech, Rawleigh’s job is to check the pH levels and salt levels to make sure the pickles and peppers are at their best quality for shipping to our customers. Before working for Hausbeck Pickle, Rawleigh worked for Mr. Chips in Pinconning for four years. He was also a lab technician there but here at Hausbeck, Rawleigh says that its different here because people notice his hard work and dedication to this company. Rawleigh is a diligent worker and enjoys his job because it “always keeps me on my toes” he said. He works with a lot of math which challenges him and is always learning new things everyday on the job, making work interesting for him. Rawleigh also enjoys his job because he knows he is valuable to our company. Not everyone can do his job or handle the responsibly and decision making that comes with it which is why he likes his job. Outside of work, Rawleigh likes to draw and work as a barber at his second job. He also loves basically all sports and played basketball for Arthur Hill High School, he even played against Draymond Green when he was a senior. Rawleigh has lived in Saginaw all his life. He has three sisters, four brothers and a one year old son named Rawleigh the 3rd.
