Rochester's Fit Community of Moms and Women coming to the Rochester area soon! Burn is uniquely different from other gyms in more ways than one. Our all women sessions are trained on our proprietary "floating floor" that is much like a gymnastics floor. With intensity and injury having correlation, the shock absorbing surface saves the joints of over 8,000 active clients.

As intensity is related to injury, it'a more heavily correlated to results. Our average client hasn't worked out in the past 6 months prior to attending Burn. The culture and community we represent gives them the confidence and atmosphere they need to change the way they view health and fitness.

Our free childcare is essential to the success of our clients. It's about time someone focused on moms and gave them a chance to get their body back, worry-free, while their children play in our 500-1000 square foot childcare rooms.

We hand recruit amongst America's Best Trainers. They must pass our rigorous Strength and Conditioning Assessment, have a nationally accredited CPT, and attend a 7 day training seminar followed by a 100 question exam that sets them apart from the norm. The foundation of our program is teaching clients tools to develop their mindset first before changing their body.

Our clients gain universal access to all Burn Boot Camp facilities, and all facilities follow our Weekly and Daily Protocols to ensure there is no over training of muscle groups if a client happens to attend a different facility. We have done over 20,000 sessions, no two have ever been the same, and we have an vault of about 1,700 routines.


While most gyms teach fitness and dieting, our 5 pillar philosophy, (mindset, nutrition, strength training, burst training and environment) is our formula to help women raise the standards for who they are and what they are capable of.

Big shoutout to Lacey! She even kept track of her visits!! It goes to show you that it does not matter if you come 6 days a week, but rather you are putting your nutrition first. Lacey is making “baby steps” in her nutrition that are leading to BIG gains in how she feels both physically and mentally. She has dropped 3.4 pounds, 5.7% body fat, 1 3/4 inches!!

💙Burn Approved Dog Treats!🐕🐶💙 Ingredients: 2 mashed bananas 3 cups rolled oats ½ cup peanut butter made with just peanuts Directions: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add oats and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined and oats are evenly covered. Place mixture on a cutting board and press evenly until about ¾-inch thick. Cut out treats with a cookie cutter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes. Wait for the treats to cool completely and serve! Optional: If peanut butter is not soft, melt in a saucepan over medium-low heat before mixing with bananas. Melted or softened peanut butter is easier to mix evenly with other ingredients. Yield: 8 treats

#TransformationTuesday This is such an honor to present our very own Lady Beast to not only our Rochester community, but all of Burn Nation!! This girl is a true warrior who displays a relentless work ethic day in and day out . Rebecca fractured her foot awhile back but being in a boot didn’t slow this Lady Beast down! She still pushed herself, listened to her body, wisely modified when needed, and continued to get better every day! Thank you so much for being an inspiration to all of us. Way to go Rebecca! We are extremely proud of you! Show her some well deserved love Burn Fam!! Down 11.2 pounds, 8% body fat and 9 3/4 inches!! In Rebecca’s words... “Prior to starting Burn Bootcamp I had been struggling with my self esteem and to feel good about myself. I had been eating out for every meal; I would work out sporadically but lacked motivation to actually make exercise a priority. Overall, I just felt crummy! When my friends suggested that I try Burn, I was skeptical because I thought for sure I was way too out of shape and that it would be too hard. I also told myself, it wouldn’t be worth spending the money on a membership that I wouldn’t stick too. I started with a 14 day trial and I remember during the first workout, I turned to my friend Kelly and told her how I was exhausted already…. And it was only the warm-up! She told me, “You’re going to be sore, but you have to come back tomorrow”. The rest is history! I have gained so much from Burn; not just strength, but my self esteem back as well. I am lifting weights that I never imagined I would be able to lift. I recently hit two unassisted pull-ups, which is one of my goals! I feel so much stronger and I am fitting into clothes that I hadn’t been able to wear in quite some time! I recently suffered an injury to my leg which has limited what I am able to do and has felt like somewhat of a set-back. However, I continue to show up; I have been modifying and doing what I can, even if sometimes it is completely different than what everyone else is doing! I never thought I would want to do full burpees so badly! Leyton, Abe, Jack, and Justin all have pushed me beyond what I ever imagined I would be able to do and have helped me to grow. I plan my days around when I can make it to Burn! And of course Burn wouldn’t be what it is without the amazing Lady Beasts that show up and support each other every day! I am feeling confident in my own skin again thanks to Burn Bootcamp!” Rebecca Agnitsch
