1 More Set is committed to improving the lives of Adults and Youth by building their character and self-confidence.
1 More Set’s teaching philosophy is reflective of the core principles of character which are the moral values that tell us what we ought to do.
We also understand the importance of creating positive “first-time” experiences giving our valued clients a head start on lifelong fitness.
What We Do ...
It’s simple:
Improve lives and physical skills through sport conditioning while developing positive fitness traits!
The goal is for the participants to feel good about themselves and their abilities.
Each participant will learn to successfully demonstrate fitness fundamentals, communication skills, problem area solving and develop self-advocacy skills while building self-esteem.
We accomplish this by teaching our clients that they are responsible for their own character and that their daily choices determine who they are.

How much time don't have to read. If it's worth your health, PLENTY! This is the label for a store bought guacamole. How ingredients have you counted? And the guacamole I made in my kitchen has: 2 avocados, 2 cloves of garlic, pepper, half a medium an onion, olive oil, lemon juice and cilantro. Keep in mind that fresh is always better. If you going to eat a certain way and enjoy it. At least know what's in it before you put it in your body.
