Winter Hours: Tuesday & Wednesday 11am -9pm, Thursday - Saturday 630am-9pm and Sunday 630am-8pm. Closed on Mondays. Cafe Sebago in Raymond Maine is a local favorite.  Open Year-Round, for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Some local favorites are the Lobster Rolls, Lobster Stew, Fried Clams, Chicken Alfredo, Baked Stuffed Haddock.  Breakfast is also a big hit with items like, the Lobster Omelet, Mediterranean Omelet, Sebago Sunrise, Blueberry Pancakes, and Sausage Gravy & Biscuits.
