Everyone was courteous and professional upon arrival. The bedside manner of Dr. J. Wa., (he is from Guinea. I don't remember the spelling of his last name). was outstanding. The X-ray technician, Josef, Y. was outstanding also. I commend your facility for having such warm and caring staff especially when one is hurting in pain. As long as this type of service is provided, of course I will recommend you to family and friends. I had a medical visit (not for me, but my daughter) to your Owings Mills Blvd. facility and my experience with them was not a pleasant one. I had to make a complaint against the doctor. I never plan to visit or recommend that facility ever.
