Young children, youth and their families/caregivers are invited to join in Neill Public Library’s Summer Reading Finale Celebration at Pullman’s Reaney Park on Thursday, July 27, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Fun games, activities, snow cones, and the Zambini strolling duck are on hand for all to enjoy. Get your picture taken with Bob the Builder and the Very Hungry Caterpillar. Great door prizes for every child attending!

The Friends of Neill Public Library invite you to enjoy an impressive show by Noise Guy. Do your kids love noise? Noise Guy uses amazing vocal imitations that will surprise, entertain and tickle the funny bones of everyone attending. Noise Guy is in Pullman on Tuesday, July 25 at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in the library’s Heritage Addition. Make plans to attend one of his entertaining one-man show for all ages.

Reminder- today at Neill Public Library, 6pm! Local historian John Anderson discusses the origins and history of Neill Public Library. Refreshments provided by CASK! The above picture is of Pullman's old City Hall, which was located at the corner of Olsen and Kamiaken (where the fountain is today, across from Porch Light Pizza). In 1926, a year-round children's library opened in two rooms and was managed by the Pullman Chamber. The library remained there for two years, and then moved to the Emerson Building.

Neill Public Library traces its origins all the way back to 1922, when the local branch of the American Association of University Women established a Children's Summer Library in the basement of the Presbyterian Church (now the Greystone Building). This Thursday at 6pm, join local historian John Anderson at the current Neill Public Library as he discusses the origins and development of Neill Public Library. Refreshments provided by CASK!
