http://www.breitbart.com/sports/2017/10/26/san-francisco-49ers-pledge-500000-secure-suppressor-ban-gun-control-measures/ So the San Francisco 49's pledged $500,000 to ban suppressors while taking a knee due to the Las Vegas Shooting. Oh yeah, that criminal did not use a suppressor, but no matter... I can't image how much good $500,000 would have done to support our military, veterans, law enforcement and teachers in this country rather than go toward lobbyists. Can't image why the NFL viewership is dropping.

We are looking forward to seeing you all this Thursday, October 28 at PGC for Ladies Night! If you do not yet have a holster, you are welcome to work out of a range bucket for this shoot, but we do encourage you to get a good belt and holster. It will greatly increase your skills for future shoots. What you will need for this Ladies Night: 1. Eye & ear protection, of course =) 2. Approximately 50 Rounds of Ammo What we suggest you wear if you have it and start shopping for if you don't: 1. Spare Magazine 2. Magazine Carrier 3. Holster 4. Belt For your safety and the safety of others: NO OPEN TOE SHOES NO LOW CUT OR "V" NECK TOPS We offer 1/2 price firearm rentals on Ladies Night. $7.50 for the rental, but you must purchase our ammo for our rental guns. You are welcome to prepay the range fee online at https://www.jotform.com/build/33455425406149 or show up a few minutes early on Thursday night. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call COLD RANGE AND LADIES NIGHT INSTRUCTIONS: What that means is that no firearms are to be loaded in the range until you are at the line with Don and he instructs you to "load and make ready". You are welcome to wear your firearm in your holster when you enter the range as long as your magazines are separate, not loaded into your firearm. If you are carrying concealed or your firearm is loaded, please get a PGC staff mrember and they will take you in the range, to the line, and clear your firearm with you before we start the competition. If you do not wear a holster please let our sales staff at the front desk know you will need a range bucket. Please enter the range with your empty range bucket and your range bag/purse/rug/or whatever you carry your firearm in. We will have tables set up on the left side of the range. Please use the tables to put your unloaded firearm, slide locked back, into your bucket. Use the tables to load your magazine. Your loaded magazines will go in the bucket with, NOT IN, your unloaded firearm, slide locked back. Again, your firearm is to remain unloaded until you are on the line with Tom and he instructs you to load and make ready. NO FIREARM SHOULD BE OUT OF A BUCKET OR HOLSTER UNTIL YOU ARE ON THE FIRING LINE. Your purses and range bags can be stored under the tables. If you are using a bucket, the bucket will remain on the table WITH YOUR FIREARM UNLOADED IN THE BUCKET until your name is called to be either "on deck" (next in line to shoot) or "in the hole", (behind the person who is "on deck")

We are so proud of this group of ladies who got up early on a Saturday to further their training by learning non-lethal self-defense techniques. A huge thank you to Scott Shephard who presented a fantastic 100 level nonlethal self-defense course at Prescott Gun Club. If you are interested in attending our next 100 level class please contact Elizabeth at PGC.

Used firearms have been selling lately! If you have some firearms that have just been sitting in the safe, bring them in and we will put them on consignment for you. Let PGC sell them for you and put some cash in your pockets.

We still have some spots open in our Non Lethal Defense Course this Saturday, October 14! This course is taught personally by Scott Shephard, PGC Trainer and Founder of FMA (Fundamental Martial Arts). FMA’s method keeps a determined and aggressive attacker(s) in mind though out the training. FMA is not traditional karate and not sport. Sport has weight classes, one opponent at a time, rounds, no weapons and RULES! FMA is a practical and modern self defense system for the street. This Course is fit for beginners or experienced defense minded individuals. Level 100 will cover many basic, but “fundamental” topics such as Prevention and Escape, Fear, B.E.A.T. I.T. Targeting, Mindset, Stability and Mobility, Dealing with Force and Delivering Force, Offensive Striking, Blocks and Counter Strikes, Instant Barrier and Balance Attack, Steering Defense with Weapon Retention, What if Grabbed, What if Choked, What if in a Headlock and more Register at PGC or online at https://form.jotform.com/33455425406149
