Portsmouth Women's City Club
Description
The PWCC is an intergenerational services and social club whose members work together to enrich the community through philanthropic and outreach programs. The Portsmouth Women's City Club is a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, an international organization founded in 1868, that has a long history of supporting women's issues including equality, violence against women and the support of single moms. The PWCC continues the tradition of community service throughout the seacoast.

There will be a bevy of plants, including: perennials, annuals, house plants, and lawn ornaments. All proceeds from the sale will go towards the PWCC landscaping. We hope to see you there!

Spring Tea at the Portsmouth Women’s City Club Imagine elegant table cloths, fine china, delicious plated savory and sweet treats . . . while sitting in a local historic Club that has hosted meetings, workshops, book readings and social occasions since 1921. Indulge yourself in your favorite tea. Enjoy the beautiful music of two talented sisters from Rye. Be served by current PHS students – and find time to make friends with seacoast neighbors! “Spring Tea” at the Portsmouth Women’s City Club will provide you a fine afternoon of relaxed socialization on Saturday, May 6th at 2:00pm. This festive afternoon tea event will raise money for the Scholarship Fund, awarded to two Portsmouth High School students. Tea attendees will also be able to participate in a raffle of beautiful themed gift baskets. It will be a wonderful afternoon event and the Portsmouth Women’s City Club hopes everyone will join us. When was the last time you had such a nice afternoon tea with friends? $20 per person and for children 12 and under $10.
