Finely... we are ready to open our Oregon City location!! We will have a special/soft-opening on Saturday, April 23rd, to help celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the amazing Arch Bridge Tap House and will begin regular hours on the 1st of May!!!! We can't wait to see you there!!!
We will not be open today due to the weather!! we are going to use this time to work on finishing up the new restaurant in Oregon City! We will be open this Wednesday at our usual time Thanks for understanding!

It's official, we are opening a second Ingrid's Scandinavian Food next month!!! The new location, a brick and mortar, is in the historic Bank of Commerce building on 7th and Main in beautiful downtown Oregon City. Please bear with us, we will be cutting back hours at the food cart while we work hard to prepare the new space. We will be closed today, January 27th, and tomorrow, January 28th. We look forward to serving you delicious Scandinavian food at both location!!!

Potatoes are such a big part of Norway. We take our potatoes very seriously! Always using fresh, natural, West Coast grown potatoes for our lefse or any other potato goodness we may conjure up. 🍽🍽☺️
