Description
The Pittsburg Family YMCA is home to one of the best fitness centers in the four-state area. The YMCA also houses the O. Gene Bicknell Co-Ed Fitness Center a 5000 sq. ft. facility with numerous cardio machines, a free weight area and various plate-loaded machines, a Women's Fitness Center, an indoor swimming pool with 6 lanes, 2 full gymnasiums which house basketball and volleyball for people of all ages, a state-licensed child day care, racquetball courts, a 5000 sq. ft. gymnastics center, a dance room for the YMCA's Academy of Dance, a 3000 sq. ft. aerobics center for various fitness classes, and men's and women's locker rooms equipped with a whirlpool sauna steam room.
