We want to make you feel like family right from the start. 2. Go at Your Own Pace - The great thing about our program is that it is an individual workout. For your first class, take it easy. Get used to the flow of the class, take your time to learn, and remember... anytime you need help, our instructors will be right by your side. 3. Have Fun! - While we love to "Get In The Zone" during our training, we also want you to have a blast while you are here.
