Bruno Versaci Realtor
Description
I don't do hype. I just put my clients' best interest first, I have aggressive and ethical sales techniques and I am always 100% reachable day or night I have been a realtor since 2012. After receiving my real estate sales license, I looked at various real estate brokers from KW, Century 21, RMax, Intero and many others realizing they all had one thing in common: They were all about numbers. They had the “numbers” down, but small when it came to personal service, they just didn’t add up-at least not they way I do business.
I believe real estate isn’t a “selling houses” business – it’s a people business – it always has and it always will be. This is why I decided to hang his license with Coldwell Banker. A house-hold name, this is one acceptation where “bigger is better.”
My college background was photography. In 2000 my passion led me to relocate to New York City where I specializing in fashion photography. I quickly established myself to work with some of the most elite people in the industry while leading a team of makeup artists, hairstylists and designers. My photographs are intimate and personal which demonstrates leadership skills and personal service in which I now bring to you.
I am the eldest son of an Italian immigrant father who still lives in the same house in San Jose for over 50 years. I grew up and know the Bay Area well with knowledge of many bay area cities and neighborhoods by living, working or simply hanging out in many of them.
In real estate, I’ve already established myself by personally assisting many clients; first time home buyers qualify with low money down loan products, credit repair and grants, to all cash investors making excellent real estate investments increasing their income and building solid real estate and retirement portfolios. By my own personal experience, I also intervene with lenders on behalf of my clients – aggressively if necessary when they give homeowners the “run-around” with paperwork and I’ve kept many of them from losing their homes to foreclosure.
Although I may not have all the answers, I know where to find them. With a real estate team that has over 50 years of real estate experience, we are all dedicated to personal service, trust, loyalty and committed to all your real estate goals.
I continue to learn and train regularly in an ever-changing real estate landscape. I currently receive personal training from “Craig Proctor Coaching” learning from the top Brokers and Agents in the country as I continue to build my reputation and personal service for each and every client.
