facebook.comUpdate on the new restaurant, "Jerry's Bistreaux" construction process. We are making progress, slowly but, we are making progress. As always with demolition and construction, there's a surprise at every turn. We've been slowed by some common setbacks but, we are full speed ahead. We have had to push back our tentative opening date to probably around late May or early June. As the old saying goes, "good things come to those who wait!" It's gonna be awesome! i Ga Ron Tee! IT'S OFFICIAL! Jerry's Bistreaux is now in the works. I will be leasing a portion of the old Mesquite Charlie's on W Street. My good friend, Clay Hawks, purchased the bldg. & we are currently in the process of remodeling and hope to open by late February. Jerry's Bistreaux will be a full-service, family restaurant, similar to the former, Jerry's Cajun Cafe', but, will also include a private banquet room. I'm excited to get open and see all of my old friends and customers. Clay will house his current business "Audio Advice" in the larger portion of the bldg. and will feature high-end audio/video/lighting. It will also include his showrooms, offices, warehouse etc. We are both working hard to get open asap. Happy New Year & a grand year it will be! Thank you & God Bless! AaaEeeeee!
