Power Hour 2018 registrations is live. Don't have a team, you can sign up as a free agent. Compete against teams throughout Texas, Ohio, and Washington State! Same gender teams of 4 will have 1 Hour to complete 12 Scored Workouts. You and your team will control the strategy. Team price is $160.00 total or $40/person! T-Shirts are not included but can be purchased for $12.00. There are 4 divisions to choose from: Super Scaled Scaled Masters 40+ Rx There will be 4 “Strength” Events. There will be 4 “AMRAP” Events. There will be 4 “For Time” Events.

Depending on which app you check there's a 50-60% chance of rain. So we have rearranged the gym to bring two of the three floaters indoors. Bonnie & Clyde and Speed Boat are now indoor floaters. Ball & Sled will remain out doors. Be prepared for the unknown and unknowable. If it's raining in the AM Ball & Sled could be slightly modified. Prepare to get wet. Bring change of clothes just in case. Having two events plus two floaters indoors has made our spectator areas tighter. On the good side if it doesn't rain you will be out of the sun for four workouts.

Be sure to watch all the videos of all the workouts and be familiar. We are not going over movements at the athletes meeting. We will answer any questions you might have. Please be familiar with the movements before the meeting.

Scoring for the day will be Games style, meaning the placing in each workout is your score. All workout scores will be added together for total overall score. The top 4 teams in each division will go to the finals. The placing for the final workout will be added to overall to determine "The Summer Sizzler 3 Fittest Team" in each division. The final IS NOT winner take all.

ATTENTION: For tomorrow we will have live scoring with Breeze Scoring, save it to your phone. You will have score cards inside your athlete packets. You will bring the appropriate score card to each workout and give it to the judge. The judge will deliver it to the data entry table for entry then check Breeze for updated rankings.
