Welcome to Grassmere Farm.
Located in Paris, Kentucky and home to multiple ASPC Shetland Congress Champions and AMHR Miniature Horse National Champions. The Grassmere ASPC/AMHR Miniature Shetland is the result of decades of selective line breeding to the exquisite stallion Wink's Showdeo Kid II. The painting in the profile photo was commissioned by Grassmere Farm to immortalize this incredible stallion. It was painted by noted artist Judith Berkshire-Jones and the original is in Grassmere Farm's private collection. A full color reprint appeared on the cover of the February 2009 Journal of The American Shetland Pony Club & American Miniature Horse Registry. A three page feature on the history of Wink's Showdeo Kid appeared in the same issue.
