Welcome to CrossFit Heavy Steel! Here we are solely a CrossFit facility that is persistent in the training and the health of our athletes. Monday: 5 a.m. - 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 5:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 5 a.m. - 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Thursday: 5:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. - 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. ( OPEN GYM)
Sunday: 10 a.m. (SUNDAY FUNDAY)
*surprise second Sunday Fundays will happen periodically at 2 p.m. as well. Check Facebook for notifications.*
PRICES:
$95 unlimited monthly (individual)
$150 unlimited monthly (couple)
$75 for students (show student ID)
$75 for Fire/Police/Military
$55 for 3 X per week - individual (punch card)
$20 drop in fee (or buy a t-shirt)
