Attention boxers! Our social event for this month will be boxing themed. Next Saturday at 7 p.m. We will be watching the McGregor-Mayweather fight. Our Summer Picnic was a success! Thank you to everyone who came out and made it the wonderful time it was! We had over 60 boxers and their families come out for great food, good conversation, and some serious bean bag action! We're more than a gym, we're a family! #rocksteady #fightpd #rsbkc

Have you been hoping to learn proper technique , form, foot position and movement? Join us Saturday August 5th at 10:00am for a 90 min class with Shawn Brick, former boxer and RSB certified coach. This is a specialty class for Boxers and Fit2Care participants. There is no fee for the class. Have questions? Ask a coach or leave it in the comments!
