Sustainable Shrimp Initiative
Description
Promoting shrimp farmers and and fishers whose practices and principles set them apart from commodity producers. A 'pond to fork' movement. Clean Shrimp wI want better shrimp. I want it to taste like the shrimp I had when I was young. Flavor counts and is the only thing that matters. But.. I also don't want the process of creating my fine shrimp to screw up the environment. This includes any and all inputs to be only the most basic in purpose and simple in their source. Nothing that ins't already part of this water bug's otherwise normal life. The farmers make the difference. How anything, fish, plants or animals, is produced will determine its flavor. However, giving poop as a food to fish and animals is not the same as giving it to plants. Feed counts. Feed is the single largest determinator of flavor for any creature.
