Thrive Yoga & Wellness is a boutique yoga and wellness studio in the historic McGloughlin District of Oregon City, Oregon. We pride ourselves in being accessible and non-intimidating to even the most un-bendy and new-to-yoga types! Come just as you are. You are perfect! We offer a range of wellness services to suit your needs and lifestyle. Two personal trainers are available for individual or small group training sessions.
