The latest update from NYSEG: 157 crews are working in the area to restore customers. As of their phone call, approximately 61 of the original 199 customers remain without power. They still anticipate 90% of them to be restored by 10pm tonight with the final 10% being restored by 1pm tomorrow. There are distribution centers for dry ice / water available in the Chenango County area and we will post the NYSEG Press Release shortly.

Additional Brush and Yard Waste Collections

NYSEG has provided a brief update and has indicated that power to 90% of the customers who are currently without will be restored by 10:00pm on Wednesday night. The remaining 10% can anticipate power by 1:00pm on Thursday afternoon. The next update will be provided by NYSEG tomorrow afternoon and posted here.
