Words can't even begin to describe today... WOW. CrossFit Decal hosted its 1st Annual Murph Workout today, we ran 3 heats and had a total of 37 athletes complete the workout. People came up to my today and thanked me or told me how much of an amazing job I did, but WE did it. Today was a success because of the people that showed up, the food that was bought and the support and love that was shown to each and every individual. Not only did we HONOR a fallen soldier but we came together that much more as a community and family. I wouldn't have wanted to spend today any other way, or anywhere else. Thank you to everyone that participated today, and if you missed out, be ready for bigger things next year! 💜💪🏼💚 *more photos to come soon*

NO SWEATY SATURDAY THIS WEEKEND. However, we will be honoring Memorial Day with Murph, National Anthem will be at 8:45am, first heat will start at 9am. Anyone is welcome to come and participate in the workout, we will modify as needed, and it can be completed as Whole, 1/2, With a Partner or Team Murph.

Sorry for the short notice but we have a schedule change this week: No 5:30pm class on Friday, May 19th No open gym on Sunday, May 21st There IS Sweaty Saturday and open gym this week!
