Barend Heilbron will be returning to Longfellow Farm on Sunday October 22nd and Monday October 23rd. This will be one of his last trips to New England before winter, so please let Carly know if you're interested in riding, 860-558-7809.
Conrad Schumacher will be back at Longfellow on October 4th, 5th, and 6th (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). There is one time slot still open for anyone interested in riding. Please RSVP to Carly if you are interested in auditing or riding. $20 auditing fee per day
The Longfellow crowd was at NHDEA Sunday to cheer on Carly Neilson and her young Danish warmblood "Atterupgaards Manilla" making their first debut!

Jocelyn Kraenzle riding Vicki Kolenda's Danish Warmblood "Zafari " - Jocelyn and Zafari were Show Reserve Champion at the recent Longfellow Summer Dressage with a 1st level score of 76.32
PIctured is Jacalyn Smith riding Vicki Kolenda's Danish Warmblood "Dorr's Nestor" who received FEI High Point with an I1 score of 71.184. The Longfellow crew is just finally catching our breath after such a great show on August 27th - we really want you to know that we couldn't do it without the great support of the local equine community and the show's fantastic sponsors. We always put a lot of thought into our judge selection and we are pleased to tell you a little about our "S" judge Dolly Hannon who is pictured with her current dressage horse Electra. A former Westport, CT native, Dolly has trained and taught dressage for over 30 years including 3 students who have acheived all Bronze, Silver & Gold medals in her training at Table Mt Ranch in Golden, Colorado. She is the current chairperson of the USDF Freestyle committee, former member of USDF judges committee and helped develop and rewrite the USDF continuing education program for "L" grads and judges on the freestyle judging. Dolly judges an average of 27 shows per year and is a clinician for about 20 clinics per year. Dolly's young horse Electra, a Dutch Warmblood mare, finished the 2016 season with 17 scores in the 70's including 3 at 77. We are more than honored to have this busy professional as our guest judge on August 27th and August 28th for the clinic!!
