Today I was given the task of recreating the tiedie flip flops that you see below, the black truck hit a deer on the PA turnpike at 70 MPH, the deer lost but took the truck with it. (Second story of how cars are called Bio-Hazards from deer entering into the interiors during a crash) The Customer survived and wanted blue and green flip flops on this new white car, drive carefully out there, I appreciate the repeat business but I don't need you getting hurt to help my bottom line!

Customer wanted the old Skool feel on his denim Trike, he supplied the letter style and left the rest to DOA, another happy customer at the end of the day.

1930-40 Vincent Motorcycle tank. The owner was very particular and had a spec sheet that specified the exact layout. Working off his measurements the 1/4 wide stripe was set up and then freehand striped with a DC Flatliner #0 Brush and Metallic Gold Axalta Hot Hues Pinstripe Paint. The end result--Factory Correct

A small 12x12 sign, not complete yet, in my spare time I've been working on some of the older, 1800's style decorative work, cars, trucks, and even signs are not safe from my explorations into learning. Enjoy your Thursday, the Spring is on its way, maybe we need to talk to that groundhog again?

What a wonderful weekend, I went to Milwaukee for my annual fund raising, and gathering with my family of fellow artists. Did at least a dozen small cars for these generous people, I'll be ready next year for 12 or 20 cars, and bring my "A" game minus the headache.

Bright red Victory, the owner just wanted it toughened up, and a bit of 50's style Pinstripe in Black only. With a couple of thicker scallops for accent. Name on back is because of a lipstick name of that color. (Inside story)
