Krav Maga Conditioning $150 / 6-week session starting May 30th Many places offer conditioning classes; we are the only place in southern Minnesota where you can learn self-defense skills while getting in shape. Whether a 40-year-old homemaker, a factory worker, you sit at a desk all day or you are a student athlete, this is a fun & unique way for you to train. With a friend or significant other, both women and men are welcome. Great way to prepare for college. Want to try the class before you decide? Come try it out for $5.00 per class; any class between now & Memorial Day. Mon – Wed – Fri 6:00 am – 7:00 am, Tues/Thurs 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Saturday 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
