Nice to Know... The North Mankato/Faribault SCC Student Senate sold flowers and balloons at graduation as a leadership fundraiser last week. After the fundraiser, extra bouquets were donated to Oaklawn Health Care Center and Autumn Grace Senior Living Center in recognition of Mother's Day. Well done, Student Senate. Well done.

Minnesota State system Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Noelle Hawton is a mn alum of South Central College and Minnesota State University, Mankato. Yesterday she represented Minnesota State at SCC's graduation and saw her former SCC Marketing Instructor Roberta Moorhouse, as well as Gale Bigbee, her former MSU Reporter co-worker and now a graphic communications instructor at SCC.
