Good afternoon everyone! First off, how about this lovely sunshine today?! It is gorgeous outside! That being said, you should ditch going home and slaving away in the kitchen and join us for a delicious meal tonight. :) Secondly, We will be closed for lunch Saturday the 12th, as we have been booked for a private party from 11 to 4. We will open for dinner at 4:30, so you may plan accordingly. We look forward to seeing our fans here, and providing that service and food that brings you all back time and again.

Man, oh, man do I feel dumb! It just occurred to me that I should probably give everyone an update on our romaine situation! Mattawoman Creek Farms came through for us with some amazing, organic and locally grown romaine lettuce. Come join us for a taste of Hampton Roads produce!

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen! We have received word from one of our produce suppliers that our romaine lettuce has been recalled due to the recent E. Coli outbreak. We have removed all romaine lettuce from our restaurant, and have moved to our local Mattawoman Creek Farms for our romaine needs for the season. Sadly, we will not be able to offer any of our salads, or lettuce on our sandwiches and wraps until we receive our delivery tomorrow, 4/24/204. We were able to get the issue cleared up we are open for business.

Ladies and gentlemen, we come to you with ill tidings. Our ongoing plumbing issues have reared their ugly head again. We are working with Public Works to resolve this issue as fast as possible. We will be closed for the day as we see to the problems that are vexing us, and will keep everyone posted. Hopefully, we can get this resolved so we may open for late lunch/dinner today. We appreciate all that you've done for us, and we cannot wait to open our doors and serve our delicious meals to you all.

So sometimes some of our staff leaves us to go do something big. Our server is currently hiking the entire Appellation Trail. She has had some things come up at home. Ladies. Gentlemen. If I could send scents through the Internet, I would pay to boost the signal all over the 7 Cities. Our soup today is a garlic and potato that has been described by our guests as "heavenly!" The last time we made this soup, it sold out quickly, so hurry and and give it a try.

Fresh off the boat! Today's specials are jumbo scallops with 2 sides (Red Russian Kale shown here, from Mattawoman Creek Farms!), or really treat yourself with a 6 oz hand cut steak and 4 scallops with 2 sides. Join us for lunch or dinner!

We will be closed tomorrow for easter Sunday. We are using this as the last time we should be closed with all of the construction to get everything 100% clean and full operational again. Thank you all for your support with how tough this month has been. We couldn't do it without you.

After (yet) another round of work and inspections, plus some help from Norfolk Public Works, we are happy to say that we are back open for business!

Due to the new sewage pipe rupturing we have to close today till they can come repair their mistake. We will post updates here to let you all know when we can reopen today.
