Kids Lunch packing by Bill. The morning rush doesn't have to be a 'rush'. Have the kids help pack their own lunches (today Bill Anthes did it all!) Lunch doesn't have to be a sandwich either! May 8 Workout of the Day Push jerk 15 minutes to work up to a heavy load Then, Death by thruster, 75/55# "Death by" rep scheme has you executing 1 rep of the movement the 1st minute, 2 reps the 2nd minute, 3 reps the 3rd, and so on until you are no longer able to execute the number of reps within the minute.
