Wet hop season might be our favorite. Here we have nearly 300 lbs of locally harvested Cascade hops from Arroyo Seco in our mash tun that we utilize as a giant hopback. It takes three days to make this Wet Hop IPL, and we'll be using even more fresh hops from Yakima in a few weeks to soak in the lager tank.
