Over time, I have cultivated many different niches through hard work and dedication:
* With a home office in North Minneapolis (NOMI), my first passion is finding neighbors. Building pride of ownership in NOMI is important to me. NOMI provides excellent downpayment assistance programs and there are wonderful deals to be had for buyers.
*Home sales can be stressful, especially when home prices have dropped over the last 5 years. I work with sellers to find value in their homes and discuss options for selling. Along the way, I have also worked with clients who find themselves in hard times. By doing short sales and helping clients refinance their homes, I have strived to minimize damage to one's credit and prevent homes from foreclosure.
*I also specialize in property management and leasing. I manage properties in NOMI and throughout the Twin Cities, specializing in maintaing the investment of owners. Leasing your home through a realtor has evolved beyond simply using Craigslist. As a realtor, I am able to market your rental in the same fashion as if I were selling it, providing greater visibility.
*As of the last few years, I have also become one of the Twin Cities resident realtors for America's veterans. The VA provides a wonderful program for those who have served our country. It has been an honor to find homes for those who have sacrificed for our country.
