We love our nurses! In conjuction with Nurses Week, which is next week, May 8-12, our nurses are hosting a school supply drive. We are proud of their dedication to our patients and our community. If you want to support their efforts, you can drop your items off just inside the front entrance.

Happy #VolunteerAppreciationWeek! When you hear the word volunteer, you might think of someone who works for free or has extra time on their hands. Our volunteers are far more than that. They offer their time and talents to provide much needed services to our patients, families, and visitors as we carry out our mission. Many express their work as a calling; that is what they want to do and what they get to do are one in the same. When you see a volunteer, please offer a word of thanks, a greeting, or a handshake. They will appreciate the simple gesture and your acknowledgment. Thank you to our volunteers! We would not be the same without you!

Please note the driveway at the main entrance of our hospital will be closed to traffic while we are in the process of installing a new CT scan. **If you are dropping off a patient or visitor, please use the entrance on the west side of the hospital (under the awning). If you are visiting and need a handicap space, we also recommend using the handicap spaces on the west side of the hospital. While the new CT scan is being installed, a mobile unit has been placed in the main driveway. A mobile field hospital unit has also been installed to provide a corridor between the hospital and the mobile unit. Once the new CT has been installed and placed into service, the mobile unit will removed and the main driveway will reopen to traffic. We expect this to take place around May 2. Thank you for your patience. We are excited about the new scanner and the benefits it will provide our patients. Many thanks to the Quapaw Tribe Fire/EMS for loaning us their field hospital unit. We appreciate their unwavering support of our hospital.

🚧🚩Exciting News-we are installing a new state-of-the-art CT scan. Watch for updates on alternate parking and patient drop off areas for the next few weeks while the new equipment is being installed. Patient care will not be interrupted. CT scans will be available throughout the entire process thanks to a mobile CT unit. We are pleased to introduce our new president, Jonas Rabel, RN, M.B.A.. Jonas will move in his new role as president on May 1, 2017. Jonas began his career with INTEGRIS in 2010 leading the emergency department at INTEGRIS Grove Hospital. In 2014, he became the regional director of emergency medicine for both INTEGRIS Grove and INTEGRIS Miami. He was then promoted to his current position as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at INTEGRIS Grove. He is an accomplished health care professional with a proven passion for excellence. Before coming to INTEGRIS, he worked in the areas of cardiovascular and coronary care and intensive care. Jonas graduated from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M in 2004 with his RN degree. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. A loyal Wardog, Jonas graduated from Miami High School and is excited about the opportunity to lead his hometown hospital. He and his wife Erin have three children and are very active in the church where his father serves as pastor. Jonas plays bass guitar and helps lead praise and worship at the church, as well as assisting in teaching children and young adult classes. Please help us welcome Jonas to INTEGRIS Miami.
