Northeast Ohio's Premier Individual and Group Strength and Speed Conditioning Coach TRAIN LIKE THE PRO'S !
XPE (eXtreme Performance Enhancement), the program that trains numerous professional athletes in multiple sports for combines as well as in game performance is now available to you in Northeast Ohio!

Whatever your sport or level, XPE/In The Game is for you.  Trust the program that trains the best to improve your SPEED, AGILITY & POWER!

* XPE / In The Game's philosophy is to develop speed, strength, agility and conditioning in the most efficient manner possible. This is best accomplished through systematic and progressive overload of the musculature. In doing this, speed, strength, agility and conditioning will gradually increase through constantly attempting to do more than one is presently capable of. The body will only improve through performing acts which exceed its current capabilities.

The goal of each training session is to recruit and stimulate as much of the body as possible; with stimulation and certain basic fundamentals translating into improvement.

Personal attention to our clients is paramount to your success both on and off the field. Our dynamic approach to training focuses on three core areas in the development of athletes and individuals:

- Speed and Agility
Acceleration, Multi-directional and Maximum Speed

- Strength and Conditioning Development
Core Strength, Plyometrics, Stabilization & Weight Training

- Personal Training

We welcome the opportunity to assist you in achieving your goals!

Check out this amazing Hutch Sports athlete! Luke Devins, a current 6th grader at Berea went to Atlanta to Trent Dilfer's QBEPIC event. 134 kids from 34 states represented. Age is 6th-10th graders. There was a competition Trent calls The Cross Bar Challenge. Luke won the middle school age group and advanced to take on the HS champion and Dilfer himself in the challenge. Luke beat Trent and the HS kid and was the Crossbar champ of QBEPIC!!!! Just goes to show how hard work pays off. Luke has been one of our Berea athletes for the past 2 years!
