Jon Siebert

Today the MBAC would like to congratulate Associate Member Jon Siebert for his recognition as a Daily Point of Light in our community. Jon has given of himself tirelessly to our community in many ways and is an invaluable asset to the MBAC in particular. Jon serves as an example of the best citizen, springing to action when needed to provide assistance to others. So often modesty and busyness of life doesn't allow us to stop and thank those that mean so much to us and the community, but today we can say loudly: Thank You Jon for all your service. “Created by the administration of President George H. W. Bush, the Daily Point of Light Award honors individuals and groups creating meaningful change in communities across America. Each weekday, one volunteer or volunteer effort is recognized with the Daily Point of Light Award.”

National Night Out is tonight at the William Floyd High School football field from 5pm-8pm. Mastic Beach Ambulance Company will be joining dozens of community organizations for the annual event. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. Over 400 community members participated last year
