Now, if you think she looked that way when she first joined THE MAX Challenge you’d have another thing coming! Barb worked hard by modifying to her ability level to work her way up to what you see here. She sought out to improve her health and fitness and now has a commitment to herself to continually improve. THE MAX Challenge truly works with people of ALL fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes.
